Brandon Parrish will tell you Kineo Coffee didn’t really begin when he registered the LLC in 2022 — it began years earlier, through experiences he didn’t yet realize were preparing him for it.
In 2019, Brandon and his wife left Los Angeles for Central Florida with their two children, “little more than faith and a belief that God was leading us somewhere new.” Years in hospitality — including time as a Starbucks Coffee Master — taught him that coffee is really about people: every drink is a chance to connect and brighten someone’s day. The seed took root at his own wedding, where he watched guests gather around a friend’s espresso bar to laugh and connect. That memory never left him.
When Brandon was unexpectedly laid off at the end of 2022, he and his family chose to see it as an opportunity rather than a setback. The very next day, he registered an LLC. One word kept coming to mind — Kineo — which he discovered means “to move,” or “movement.” He took it as a sign that his family was being moved into a new season. Today, Kineo Coffee brings exceptional coffee directly to weddings, corporate conferences, hotel activations, and brand experiences across Central Florida and beyond.
